Hop Heaven IPA
Brewer Floyd Rosenbaum recently debuted the latest installment of his sought-after India Pale Ale series, Hop Heaven IPA, Floyd adds four different hop varietals, Nugget, Mt Hood, German Select and Cascade to the boil. The result is a deep and complex hop flavor, nicely balancing the sweetness of the Barley malt. The ale has a beautiful deep golden color and is 6.5% alcohol by volume. Hop Heaven is definitely NOT a lawnmower beer...but AFTER you've mowed the lawn, hop on into the Pub and join us for an ice cold Hop Heaven IPA!

Vision Weiss
Boomington Brewing Company celebrates the return of the sun with our special spring and summer seasonal, Vision Weiss. Vision Weiss is a German-style Hefeweisen ale that is light on the hops and alcohol, brewed with malty wheat and fermented with traditional German yeast which adds subtle hints of vanilla, banana and clove.

Enjoy our gluten-free crust with any of our gourmet pizza combos or load it up with your favorite toppings to make your own gourmet pizza!

To complement our new crust, we are also offering a special Anheuser-Busch gluten-free product. Made without wheat or barley, Redbridge beer is a rich, full-bodied lager brewed from sorghum for a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste.
