Chef Fred Announces St. Patty's Menu
Enjoy our Special St. Patty's Day Menu March 16 & 17 from 4-9 p.m.
Chef Fred "O'Manion" welcomes the return of one of Lennie's most popular specials of the year with his 2010 St. Patrick's Day Menu. Chef Fred will serve Irish fare fit for a leprochaun on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 16 - 17, from 4-9 p.m.
Scallop & Cod Chowder - A rich and creamy tarragon stock chock full of potatoes, scallops and cod.
Hot Pastrami Sandwich - Spice-crusted and smoked brisket on New York Rye layered with Swiss and brown mustard. Cabbage and carrots on the side.
Corned Beef Brisket - A traditional Irish feast made with corned beef brisket braised in Ruby Bloom Amber Ale. Served with carrots, mashed potatoes and a side of horseradish sauce for dipping.
Stout Beef Stew - Tender chunks of braised beef served in a rich Big Stone Stout gravy with carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, peas and mashed potatotes.
Roast Salmon Filet - Roasted Atlantic salmon filet in a lemon butter sauce. Served with cabbage, carrots and mashed potatoes.
Chocolate Mousse Whiskey Cake Mini Indulgence - Alternating layers of rich chocolate cake and chocolate ganache all soaked in a sweetened whiskey syrup.

Special Pale and Double-Hopped Pale
We've been keeping Floyd busy with the addition of a few new taps at Bloomington Brewing Company. Lucky for us, Floyd is filling the space with a couple new specialty ales!
Special Pale: Floyd dry hops this crisp, golden brew with Nugget hops, creating a medium-bodied ale with pine and spice overtones and a long hop finish.
Double-Hopped Pale: Floyd begins with our standard Pale recipe but doubles the content of Cascade and Nugget hops. The result is a clear, golden ale with a lingering hop flavor.

Brewer Floyd Rosenbaum's brews Java Porter with roasted barley malts for sweetness and German Select hops for bitterness. We add ten pounds of Partridge & Quigley's dark roasted Sumatran Blue Lingtong coffee to the boil kettle to give Java Porter its unique coffee aroma and flavor.

Chef Fred Manion has created a special pizza crust for our gluten-sensitive friends. Our new gluten-free crust is prepared with brown rice flour, tapioca flour, garbanzo flour, non-fat dry milk, cornmeal, yeast, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, olive oil, egg white and cider vinegar. Enjoy our gluten-free crust with any of our gourmet pizza combos or load it up with your favorite toppings to make your own gourmet pizza!

To complement our new crust, we are also offering a special Anheuser-Busch gluten-free product. Made without wheat or barley, Redbridge beer is a rich, full-bodied lager brewed from sorghum for a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste.
