	BBC Release! Vision Weiss Bloomington Brewing Company and brewer Floyd Rosenbaum will be celebrating American Craft Brewers week, which takes place May 12 - 18 by releasing spring and summer seasonal ale, Vision Weiss on Wednesday, May 14. Vision Weiss is a traditional German-style Hefeweisen, often simply called a "wheat beer" or "weiss." Lighter in alcohol than Bloomington Brewing Company's fuller- bodied ales, Vision Weiss is a beautifully pale yellow hue. Its cloudiness is derived from a special Bavarian yeast strain. Vision Weiss is refreshingly complex with subtle hints of vanilla, clove and banana. These interesting tropical flavors are actually created by the yeast during the fermentation process. Bloomington Brewing Company and Lennie's will host a special Vision Weiss release party at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14. We look forward to cheering American Craft Brewers' week with you!
	Bloomington Brewing Co. Donation Night Vision Weiss Bloomington Brewing Company will continue its celebration of American Craft Brewers' week with a very special donation night on Thursday, May 15. All Vision Weiss pint sales at Lennie's will be donated to the Middle Way House on behalf of the Bloomington Brewing Co. If you ever needed a great reason to drink a Weiss, this is it!
	Now available! New Menu Release Chef Fred Manion has been keeping himself busy by creating these new menu items, which will be available beginning Monday, April 28, at Lennie's: Pub Fare Tamale Veracruz Freshly prepared tamale filled with roasted poblano, tomato and onion. Steamed in a banana leaf and topped with a roast pork mole sauce. House Specialty Combo Pizzas The California - Fresh mozzarella, spinach, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado and feta with pesto sauce. The Blue Apple - Freshly sliced apples, bacon, walnuts, white onion and gorgonzola with pesto sauce. Shrimp Artichoke - Shrimp, artichoke, red onion, roasted red pepper and basil with white sauce. Sandwiches Cilantro-Lime Tilapia - A tender white fish fillet lightly breaded and fried. Served on a French batarde with shredded lettuce, tomato and cilantro-lime mayo. For lunch... Strom Combos - Enjoy half of a JM's Favorite or a Veggie Strom with your choice of soup or salad. Pizza and Strom Toppings Shrimp - Build your pizza or strom with our newest ingredient.
	BBC Release - Now on Draught! Stone Cold Belgian Ale Bloomington Brewing Company recently release Brewer Floyd Rosenbaum's newest specialty ale, Stone Cold Belgian Ale. A beautiful golden-colored ale, Stone Cold Belgian Ale embraces a daringly fruity ester aroma complimented by muted malt and hop fragrances. The fruity esters hinted in the aroma don't disappoint in flavor; Stone Cold Belgian Ale's slightly sweet, slightly bitter flavor is derived from the combination of a Belgian Ale yeast strain, Mount Hood hops, and Belgian candy sugar. A creamy mouthfeel contributes to this ale's smooth finish. Stone Cold Belgian Ale is perfectly paired with salads, chicken and seafood.
	Chef Fred Manion welcomes Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Chef Fred Manion has created a special pizza crust for our gluten-sensitive friends. Our new gluten-free crust is prepared with brown rice flour, tapioca flour, garbanzo flour, non-fat dry milk, cornmeal, yeast, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, olive oil, egg white and cider vinegar. Enjoy our gluten-free crust with any of our gourmet pizza combos or load it up with your favorite toppings to make your own gourmet pizza! To complement our new crust, we are also offering a special Anheuser-Busch gluten-free product. Made without wheat or barley, Redbridge beer is a rich, full-bodied lager brewed from sorghum for a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste.
