At the bar, a pint is being drawn from our beer engine. The beer engine allows cask-conditioned beer to be served without the use of pressurized carbon dioxide, giving a different flavor profile. Typically, our Bigstone Stout can be found on the engine...unless we've whipped up one of our occasional conditioned specialty brews.
